Providing quality placement services for attorneys and law firms is a commitment that runs in the Rosenberg family. In 1972, Vicki’s father and mother established Dunhill Legal, the first legal search firm in Washington, DC. Vicki learned the business from her parents, and over the years she has further developed her expertise in legal placement.

Vicki services the Washington D.C. and California markets and coordinates national searches for select firms.
Prior to establishing Diamond Legal Search, Vicki worked with several prominent legal search firms in Washington as well as nationally. She has placed in-house counsel, associates, partners, and entire practice groups.
Her sales and marketing background includes positions in radio and TV, most notably as director of new business development for a network television affiliate in Washington, D.C. She developed her business skills as a mortgage banker and securities broker.
Vicki also serviced the legal market as a sales manager for real estate private placements and tax credit vehicles to individual attorneys and law firm pension plans.
In her free time Vicki enjoys relaxing at the beach, working out, and exploring new ways to produce breakthrough results in people’s personal and professional lives.
